1:1 Personal Training

One-on-one personal training that comes to you — at home, outdoors, or virtually. Each 30-minute session is designed around your goals, abilities, and energy level. We’ll focus on strength, mobility, and confidence while building tools you can use independently. The goal isn’t just a great workout today, but the skills and confidence to keep your fitness journey going long-term.

 

Semi-Private & Small Group Training

Get all the benefits of personalized training — with the extra motivation of a partner or small group.

  • Semi-private: 2 participants

  • Small group: 3–4 participants

Every session is designed to maximize results for each participant while keeping things fun and supportive. Training together builds accountability, energy, and community.
