I’m Hilary, owner and operator of Bee Active Fitness. With a B.S. in Kinesiology and certification as a personal trainer, I bring both academic knowledge and practical experience to my coaching. My mission is simple: to make fitness accessible, adaptable, and enjoyable for everyone.

No two clients are alike, and your training shouldn’t be either. I design programs around each person’s strengths, challenges, and goals — blending functional movement with exercises that support confidence in everyday life.

My background includes:

  • Coaching adults with unique support needs to build strength and independence.

  • In-home personal training for clients seeking strength, mobility, and overall wellness.

  • Hosting live virtual workouts to make training more flexible and accessible.

  • Creating custom programs for individuals who want guidance in their independent workouts.

  • Designing corporate wellness programs, including step challenges, healthy lifestyle challenges, and team field days that boost energy and workplace morale.
